5 Sales Closing Techniques

Before discussing these 5 techniques to close sales, I want you to know that any good salesperson that claims such should NEVER see the person you are trying to make the sale, which may not close the deal with it.

While not always able to close a sale, you must be 100% mentalizad @ to provide all the “Resources” to the other party to the deal. You should always demonstrate the benefits you can get the buyer, can not get anywhere else (by both the product and the service).

Then, focus on a thorough understanding your product, show you safe and sound, but without going so far as to appear “Rude”, then I present 5 different closure techniques:

1. Do you pay cash or credit?. With this question for granted that the person will buy the product and / or service (remember to always act with this thought).

2. This is the last week at a special price. This is usually more effective in places where they tend to make “discounts” or sales types “Garage”, where there is usually a single article, or the potential buyer is expecting a “push “final.

3. Technical lost sale. This is where you distinguish the good from the mediocre, if the sale is about to lose your customer tries to return to again describe what you need and check carefully what features you really need that person. Would not be surprising that the product that initially appeared to be right for your client is not, and you may have something more suited to your needs.

4. No question, this is what you truly need? This you can use when he realizes that this product really is what your customer needs, and only lacks the “Yes” on your part.

5. One query, how in whose name the bill do? . This phrase, which may be similar to the above, it really is not, it may happen that the person has given you the ‘Yes’, I take “and then begin to talk of unstoppable form, which is not advisable to happen before you have “charged”. You should always respect your buyer does not suit you ask “silence”, but you can turn the conversation with this phrase without sounding “Rude”.

PLUS : Do you want red or white?. A mistake many sellers make is to present many options to the client. If possible, never offer it more than 2 or at most three different each time (this applies to any business).

Well, here I shared five different techniques for the closure of hundreds or thousands that exist, I hope I can help in their daily work.

Repair Your Infected Computer With DoubleMySpeed

I owned a brand new PC for less than a week when I started to be accosted by those annoying and constantly multiplying ad-ware pop ups. I tried a few of the free blocking programs and they just seemed to ad more protection warning ads to the mix. Every time I tried to uninstall these useless tools it seemed that my PC was running slower and now different pop ups were occurring. It got so bad that it took almost a half hour to clear the screen to where I could even get back on the Internet.

Before my computer slowed again I read a review about Double My Speed. I found that the speed doubling claim was about restoring your original speed by removing just the kind of trash that was growing on my computer every time I turned it back on.

Once I downloaded doublemyspeed.com, which took several tries getting through the pop-ups, I had it running and the list of Trojans and other junk it found went on for pages. Some of these programs are strictly meant to regrow another pop-up everytime you turn the computer on and they do their job too well.

Once the list stopped I used their 800 number to activate the working part of the program and was told that they have ways of getting around those pop-up during the installation phase. Should have used Doublemyspeed tech support for that but at least now I know its there 24/7 should I have more troubles.

Does My Clean PC do Removal of Anti-Virus Software?

I know my computer needed some maintenance. Like most people, I know when my computer starts getting slower. It’s just like a car you have had for a long time. You know exactly how it’s supposed to sound and perform, and you can tel when it’s starting to slow down.

I have used Mycleanpc before and it worked. That was over two years ago at least. I want to get it again, I should have kept it, but money was tight. I went to Mycleanpc.com but I didn’t see anything about what happens if you have recently uninstalled an anti-virus program. I had a free one that was such a memory hog, I uninstalled it.

I think my free anti-virus software left files in my computer that are slowing it down. I didn’t have any problems before with using My Clean PC, I just wondered if it will clean files left over by another company. I swear the free anti-virus program left nasty spyware or adware in my computer as every time I reboot, the internet is sending and receiving so much information. I have to wait forever to e able to open a browser window.

I just wanted to tell everyone to be careful about some of the free anti-virus programs offered. They cause more problems than they are worth. I always had good luck with Mycleanpc, I should have just stuck with it.

Cyberdefender – Top Speed Protection

I really like CyberDefender’s anti-virus software. They use something called Early Detection Technology that works a lot faster than most other programs. If anybody on their network comes across spyware or other malware files, the files are analyzed at an alert goes out to every person using Cyberdefender. Basically you get protection from malware much faster than other anti-virus programs.

I installed Cyberdefender after reading about a hundred Cyberdefender reviews. I did read about many people complaining the free version didn’t remove viruses, only adware, so I bought the package before downloading. I did have a free anti-virus program that claimed to remove viruses, but it didn’t update regularly, and I was only protected from old viruses. Yes, it was free, but you get what you pay for. Good protection costs money.

I can’t understand a Cyberdefender review I read complaining about the company wanting money when other anti-virus programs were free. Isn’t your computer worth $29.99 a year to protect? I’m not losing all my files using a free program. I think Cyberdefender is well worth the money. It works as good as Norton and is certainly less expensive. No one complains about paying for Norton or MacAfee, and Cyberdefender works faster than they do. Nothing get through on my computer that I don’t want to get through, and I haven’t had any problems.
